WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Customers have 30 days to send your items back to us. Unfortunately at this moment we are not able to offer free returns for our customers, but this is something we hope to offer in the future! To find out how to return, please follow the steps in the ‘How do I return and order?’ section.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
To help reduce wasted paper, we’ve taken returns online! This means you’ll no longer receive a returns label with your order. Instead, simply follow the steps below to generate your pre-paid return label. When creating your return label, you’ll have a choice of returning via your local logistic options.
1. To start your return, head to our return portal (you’ll need your order number).
2. Select what items you’d like to return and why. This helps us improve to make sure you love your purchase next time.
3. Select your chosen return method. You’ll be able to see those closest to you using our handy map.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 5 working days of it reaching our adress. It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email info@infclo.com so we can investigate this for you.
